1. SELECT YOUR PIECES
Choose the sizes and styles you'd like to try on, and select the Try Before You Buy option at the cart. You will not be charged for pieces you want to try on.
2. TRY AT HOME
From the day that your order arrives, you will have 5 days to decide what you want to keep and send back the rest. Pieces must have tags attached.
3. PAY FOR WHAT YOU KEEP
At the end of day 5, you will be charged only for the pieces you have decided to keep. The rest must be dropped off at your chosen return location.

After clicking Try Before You Buy at the cart, choose the most convenient hour of your week for your pieces to arrive for you to try on.
2. TRY AT HOME
Your pieces are hand-delivered for you to try on. Your brand-trained Style Concierge can stay to offer style advice or simply return after 40 minutes.
3. PAY FOR WHAT YOU KEEP
Only pay for the pieces you want to keep on our mobile card reader, and the rest is taken away hassle-free so you can get on with your day.

How do I place my order?
Try For 5 Days
Add as many items as you wish to try to your bag. Once you're happy with your selection, click 'Try before you buy' option in the cart. No payment is taken for the items you want to try. Once your order arrives, you will have 5 days to decide what you want to keep.
Concierge Service
Add as many items as you wish to try to your bag. Once you're happy with your selection, click 'In Greater London? Try at Home' at your bag. You'll then be asked to provide your chosen appointment time and contact details - that's all Harper needs, no payment is taken. A service fee of £10 will be charged at your appointment.
How do I make my returns?
Try For 5 Days
At the end of day 5, you will be charged for the pieces you decide to keep. The rest will need to be packaged and dropped off at your chosen return location.
Concierge Service
Harper will return any pieces you don't wish to keep to Paul Smith so there's no need to worry about any returns.
