How does Click & Reserve work?
Browse items online and search for availability using the ‘find in shop’ feature on each product page. You will be provided with a list of all shops where the product is available, select the store you would like to request the reservation and fill in your details. You will receive a confirmation within 2 hours providing the shop is open. If the item is not available we will try to find the item from another shop and contact you if possible.
How do I collect my reservation?
Once your request is confirmed, the shop will hold your reservation for 24 hours. You will need to show your confirmation email in store to collect your reservation.
